At Kehelland College, we believe in the incredible potential within every young adult. Specialising in tailored education and support for individuals aged 16-24 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), our mission is clear: 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱.

We are part of Kehelland Trust, sharing 16 acres of beautiful horticultural land filled with orchards, polytunnels, wildlife areas and green fields. A natural setting that provides space for immersive and active learning.

We understand that preparing for adulthood is a multifaceted journey. That's why our curriculum is built around three interconnected pathways, underpinned with Functional Skills (Maths and English). It's so much more than just lessons in a classroom; it's a dynamic, experiential journey designed to nurture growth and build independent futures.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: This pathway is dedicated to preparing our learners for the world of work. It’s a progressive journey that starts with exploration and builds towards real world experience.
𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Here, learners develop essential daily living skills such as money, managing personal routines and navigating their local community.
𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: This focuses on building confidence in communication, fostering positive relationships, and understanding social cues, crucial for both personal life and the workplace.
