KEP - Kolektif Etki Programı Derneği

KEP Derneği, kadınların sosyal ve ekonomik olarak güçlenmesi için İzmir'de faaliyet gösteren bir sivil toplum kuruluşudur. Tekstil eğitimi, farkındalık atölyeleri ve topluluk temelli programlarla, kadınların potansiyelini ortaya çıkaran kapsayıcı bir alan inşa ediyoruz.

Programlarımız, savaş ve kriz bölgelerinden gelen kadınlar da dâhil olmak üzere, dezavantajlı grupların kimliklerini yeniden kurmalarına, becerilerini geliştirmelerine ve dayanışma içinde büyümelerine imkân tanıyor.

Eğitim, üretim ve topluluk çalışmalarımızı aynı çatı altında sürdürüyoruz. Bu sayede, öğrenme ve üretme süreçleri doğrudan birbirini besliyor.

Kolektif Etki Program (KEP) NGO is a non-profit organization based in Izmir, Türkiye, dedicated to empowering women through textile education, community support, and social impact programs. Through textile training, awareness workshops, and community support programs, we empower women—particularly those affected by conflict or displacement—to reclaim their identities and rebuild their futures.

Our programs offer accredited vocational education, emotional and social skill-building, and a supportive network. We believe that every woman deserves respect, opportunity, and space to grow.

By integrating education and production under one roof, we foster both personal and economic development, creating lasting change from the ground up.
