KFB journey started almost 2 decades ago with applying and deepening our knowledge of acoustics in the field of product and industrial technology optimization as well as noise pollution. Acknowledging current status quo mainly aimed at fulfilling regulatory requirements and reactive reporting – we set out to develop methods of proactive noise predictions and mitigation.

Having scaled up and based on our established noise expert position – KFB began building wider environmental expertise adding capabilities pertaining to air and water pollution.

In parallel we recognized the need to advance research and simulation in acoustics and vibroacoustics, which translates directly into creation of environmentally friendly products. The construction of one of the most modern R&D centers in Europe and the development of key personnel enabled us to enter the premier league of acoustic research centers, focusing on the development and commercialization of innovative solutions. It gave KFB the mandate to work on development of modern environmental technologies using AI, truly supporting the green transformation in Europe and globally.

As the world's leading expert in the field of environmental emissionsmanagement, KFB will actively support industry, research centers and governments in the development and implementation of pro-environmental technologies for the development of sustainable communities and the flourishing of the planet's ecosystems, so that the impact of pollution on the environment will ultimately become a thing of the past.

Our contribution will continue to be delivered through:

- TIC (Testing-Inspection-Certification) domain.
- Education and training for Business, Regulators and Communities.
- Funding and supporting pro-environmental start-ups and young scientists.
