About Killeen Civil Engineering
Killeen Civil Engineering has been in operation since 1992. We deliver a wide range of civil engineering services throughout Ireland and have become one of Ireland’s leaders in the Groundworks and Civil Engineering Industry
We carry out the majority of our work by direct labour with our own large fleet of modern plant and equipment under the guidance of experienced and skilled personnel.
We have built close and lasting relationships with all our clients which include local authorities, utility companies and private companies and we pride ourselves in having completed the majority of our projects to a very high standard and on budget which is one of our main objectives when undertaking any project.
Killeen Civil Engineering has extensive experience in all aspects of Civil Engineering, Construction, Motorway Service Stations, Site Development, Demolition, Sports Pitch Development, Land Drainage, Wetlands Construction, Cycleway / Walkway / Mountain Bike Trails and Plant Hire.
We have a fully integrated Management System implementing ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 45001 Safety & Health. We are also CIRI Registered and Members of the CIF and CECA. We operate a current haulage licence and waste collection permit.
Our experienced and highly skilled employees are trained and kept up-to-date with all the relevant health and safety standards such as First Aid, CSCS – 360 Excavator, 180 Excavator, Artic Dumper, Site Dumper, Teleporter, Banksman; Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Signing Lighting Guarding (SLG) (Traffic Management), PICW (ESB Level E), Managing Safety in Construction (MSIC), Confined Spaces, Location of Underground Services (LUGS). We have trained 5 members of staff to PICW Level E to meet ESB requirements for working in Sub-Stations.
