Kindness Practice Foundation

Kindness Practice Foundation is an Indian not-for-profit organisation, registered as a section 8 company. It implements projects on sustainable living to reduce burden of noncommunicable diseases, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, mental health disorders and chronic conditions which are rising due to rise in stress, toxins and pollution. We focus on One health for all humans, other living beings and the planet via our sustainable living initiatives, and empower agents of change via training programs. Our initiatives include:

Unhurry® (www.unhurry.in): Our digital platform that creates awareness on sustainable living and sustainable nutrition via science backed research articles on One Health as connected for humans and planet.
The Restore Awards®: Since 2019, we catalyst, NGO to recognise, support, and celebrate those working for one health – in nutrition, mental health, and sustainability.
Cancer camps for underprivileged: The burden of cancer is becoming an epidemic and many cancers are linked to current lifestyle, habits and diets. We focus on creating awareness for prevention and early diagnostics for early detection, which save lives.
CSR projects: We implement CSR projects for organisations committed to sustainable living, and reducing the burden of non-communicable chronic conditions in their employee and community base.
