About KING Hoops United
KING Hoops United is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth basketball organization based in NYC with competitive travel basketball teams ages 11-17. With the goal of sending all players to go to college, KING Hoops focuses on the holistic development of our players as humans first, and athletes second.
Our programming includes practice and skill development sessions, academic and life skills programming before/after practice, travel tournaments, games, and leagues, career development opportunities all with the goal in mind of helping each individual student athlete grow as a person and player. With program participants from all 5 boroughs of NYC and all different racial and socio-economic backgrounds, we strive to integrate NYC communities and build community through basketball.
