We are at home in Berlin: Since its foundation in 1994, our owner-managed group of companies has played a decisive role in the lively development of the capital city. With over 50 completed properties in prime and prospective locations, over 400,000 m² of leased space, around 500 million euros in assets under management and over 2,500 apartments under administration, we are one of the leading real estate service providers in our region.
Our team of 25 experienced experts develops, realises and manages high-quality projects in the commercial, residential and senior citizens' real estate segments. We advise domestic and foreign private and institutional investors on the entire range of services from purchasing, project development and leasing to sales and management. As a rule, we act as co-investor and thus assume part of the risk.
