Knightsbridge Property Services Ltd (KPS) are a trustworthy, customer focused contractor delivering a wide range of services in a variety of sectors across the South of England. Since the business was incorporated in 1990 KPS continues to evolve and develop, meeting high service demands from new and existing clients. It still remains a privately owned family company and our focus continues to be a Quality service to customers, at a competitive price, whilst retaining our core values. Within our projects team we have long standing relationships with a number Tier 1 contractors and local Authorities. Our team of directly employed Project Managers each manage their own portfolio of clients. Our structure ensures that each client has the right amount of resource allocated to them, with our Project Managers owning each part of the process, from pricing the work, through to the safety management on the project. This approach ensures a clear and transparent line of accountability and consistency in service for our clients.
