About Kodluyoruz
Kodluyoruz is a social enterprise working to make Turkey a worldwide talent hub by creating pathways for youth, especially women, seeking careers in the tech sector.
Millions of young people in Turkey are unemployed or stuck in jobs which prevent them from realizing their potential. Although our country has the youngest population in its region, it also has one of the highest youth unemployment rates. Businesses also have a problem - there just isn’t enough tech talent to match the growing demand.
Kodluyoruz addresses the skills gap problem in the tech sector. Our bootcamps and youth-led Alumni Club activities provide a pathway from unemployment to employment in high-value sectors for youth, especially women. We select talented but unemployed/underemployed youth ages 20 – 29 and provide them with both technical and soft skills. Our bootcamps are in the areas with the highest skills gap: Machine Learning, Python, Kotlin, iOS, React, Vue.Js, React Native, Java, and .NET.
