Kodnerds is an apprenticeship-driven edtech and developer community platform dedicated to building Africa’s next generation of software engineers.
Our unique “Code–Collaborate–Launch” model goes beyond traditional learning by immersing juniors in real-world, hands-on apprenticeship. Learners start with guided practical training, then team up under the mentorship of senior developers to build projects that solve real problems. This approach ensures they don’t just gain skills, but also professional experience and market readiness.
Through our initiatives including the Apprenticeship Program, Campus Workshops, and the Junior–Senior Developer Network we are creating a continuous pipeline where juniors grow into professionals, seniors give back through mentorship, and impactful projects emerge from collaboration.
