Konapharma limited company (Ltd.) is a privately owned Swiss CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) focused on the production of solid dosage forms specialized in “difficult to produce” as MUPS (Multi unit pellet systems) tablets and other retard forms and bi-layered tablets. In addition, Konapharma Ltd. holds a special permit to handle and process controlled substances like narcotics.
In blistering and packaging Konapharma Ltd. is offering high volume blistering but also “difficult to pack” services for special packaging needs (inhalation capsules, vials) and hard gelatin capsule filling with 100% control. In total Konapharma Ltd. offers two bulk production, as well as two primary and secondary packaging units operating all on the same site. The company site has a total floor area of 15,570 m2.
