Koryo Tours

Since its inception in 1993, Koryo Tours has operated hundreds of tours and taken thousands of people to North Korea. We have also organised school trips and sports events (football, volleyball and ice hockey) and even introduced cricket to North Korea! Koryo Tours are the official Pyongyang Marathon partners. We work on multiple engagement and media projects and have made 3 award-winning documentaries and a feature film shot in Pyongyang. We also organise trips to 'rather unusual destinations', including tours to Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Central Asia, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Hungary, Serbia, and more! Our tours are NEVER copy-paste itineraries, but specially curated tours based on multiple research trips & lots of work in the background. We run the only women's trips to Afghanistan led by female Afghan tour guides, are the partners for the Mongolia Ice Marathon, and are one of the first companies to offer Eastern Bhutan tours.
