FOR WHO?
Here are the conditions to join KPT ScaleUP acceleration
- own technological solution strictly responding to technological challenges of our Partners and based on such technologies as IIoT, Al, AR/VR.
- at least one customer using the solution that you offer for our Partner
- readiness to establish a company in Poland
- maximum 5 years of presence on the stock exchange (from the moment of registration of the company) - if applicable
- not running a business in any of the areas excluded from acceleration (here must be a link which areas are
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM ACCELERATED STARTUPS?
In order to receive support from us you need to carry out a soft-landing process. Its aim is to set up a company in Poland and then its initial development and, hiring employees, conducting work on a product in order to establish cooperation with our Partner.
A company established in Poland should operate as a capital company, in which at least half of the shares are held by persons who are not Polish citizens, and at least one member of the company's management board is not a Polish citizen.
