About Kriti Craft Pvt. Ltd.
Throughout Nepal, there are many women who know how to create amazing products from wool, fabrics, yarn, etc. To promote this craft around the world we began recruiting women who wanted to become independent and make an earning for themselves and their families.
At first, we began with a small group of women who had a great eye for unique and creative designs. Slowly, our family grew and today we have well over 300 craftswomen working with us.
We want to empower women at Kriti Craft Nepal, that’s why we have over 97% female employees working from production to shipping and marketing. Every employee is well-trained and earns above-average wages. We ensure everyone has a safe and appropriate working environment that motivates everyone.
