Kroonpak is the name of the packaging production branch of Kroonpress AS, one of the leaders in the printing press industry in the Baltics with customers across Europe.
We rely on our solid printing history, high standards and customer-focused culture to bring the same attitude and experience to the field of packaging.
We manufacture a wide range of environmentally friendly packaging, mainly made of carton and paper, such as boxes, cases, food trays, cups and buckets, bags and wrapping papers. In addition, the product range includes stickers and labels as well as small prints with personalised and variable data.
Sustainability and food safety
Sustainability has been our mission already more than a decade. Among many other achievements, we’ve been specially acknowledged for developing online CO2 footprint calculators both for prints and packages as well. The platform for packages: www.greenlinepackage.com.
Food safety is another topic we are extremely considerate about. Our packaging production unit was built specifically with food safety in mind and only approved materials for the production of food packaging are used.
We hold following certificates:
* ISO 14001 environmental management certificate since 2001
* FSC and PEFC for responsible management of the world's forests
* FSSC 22000, the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) Certificate
