About KUMISA NPC
Founded in 2009, KwaZulu-Natal United Music Industry Association (KUMISA) is a non-profit music industry cluster primarily focused on developing the local music industry supply chain, through partnerships with government, local municipalities, and recognized music industry organizations.
The goal of KUMISA is to foster a commitment to emerging and established professionals in the KwaZulu-Natal music industry by promoting, protecting, and investing in this sector for its growth and diversity.
Toward this end, the KZN music industry is repositioned and restructured to accommodate a new internet-based music business model, which is strengthened by the subsectors that form a sustainable and functional value chain.
