KVA Consult Ltd is a Samoan-owned, Pacific-based consulting firm specialising in financial management, economic analysis, and public policy advisory services. Our mission is to strengthen the work of governments, international and regional organisations, and private sector partners across the Pacific by delivering high-quality, context-driven expertise.
Established in 1990 as Kolone Vaai & Associates and restructured in 2000 to become KVA Consult Ltd, the firm is co-managed by Kolone Vaai and Naomi Tuioti, with Nadia Meredith-Hunt serving as CEO.
With a strong focus on public sector reform, we undertake institutional reviews, financial and human resource assessments, and strategic policy analysis. Our work is grounded in a multi-disciplinary team of Samoan professionals with deep regional experience and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
To date, KVA Consult has completed more than 300 projects for a wide range of clients, including multilateral agencies, regional bodies, governments, and private enterprises. Our core strengths lie in finance, economics, and public policy, supported by a commitment to excellence and sustainable development across the Pacific.
