Kwalata Adventure Camps

Kwalata Adventure Camps, situated in the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve, was established in 1994 as a youth camp that focused on environmental education and leadership development. Trained & experienced in-house facilitators present three - five days programs. Kwalata Adventure Camp has two purpose build camps. Phiri-Enyane, accommodating small teams 12-40 learners accompanied by max of 4 teachers and the PhirCamp for groups 40-200 Learners. We are proudly part of Kwalata Game Lodge a vibrant lodge hosting local, international and corporate groups. Kwalata is an owner-managed eco-lodge situated in northern Gauteng Province, South Africa.
It is the perfect malaria-free stop-over to or from northern destinations and it is only one hour’s drive from OR Tambo International Airport.
Kwalata combines cultural, social and environmental programmes with live guest experiences to generate measurable outcomes for Kwalata’s array of community initiatives.
