Kyle’s story is not a story of the kind of miracles many people think of. His story is a story of change. His miracle is that his heart was, and is, still in it!

Kyle and his partner Marie Salazar Hoffman lead an award-winning, thriving home improvement company based in Northern Virginia. Their business is well-known for its carefully perfected processes and meticulous employee training that ensure superior work and long-lasting customer relationships.

But prior to experiencing the sweetness of success, Kyle was at rock bottom: an eighth-grade dropout with a floundering business who struggled to fight off the demons of depression, alcoholism and family loss.

Today, Kyle shares his journey and experience in the hopes of helping others grow and making a difference in their lives.
