About Kyriacou Architects
Kyriacou Architects are accomplished architects with strong experience in various sectors. The practice founded by Director, Gary Kyriacou in 2005, has grown to a firm that undertakes large scale projects across Australia and Asia. Our experienced team is based in Melbourne, with additional Kyriacou offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore. We are renowned for our work in Retail, Commercial, Hospitality & Entertainment, Mix-use Residential, Transport and Infrastructure sectors.
Our key strength is our approach, allowing us to work across offices and countries to deliver projects. Our Director and Principals have a ‘hands on approach’ working collaboratively to deliver projects. The Kyriacou team, driven by a ‘one studio’ ethos brings depth of knowledge and experience to provide design-led and technically feasible solutions. Solutions which strike a sensitive balance between commercial imperatives and the necessity for design excellence.

Kyriacou Architects has the experience and capability to separate projects into smaller manageable components that seamlessly feedback into the overall project. Our knowledge of and ability to work alongside other disciplines, such as structural and services engineers, also ensures an integrated approach.
Our process utilises the latest in industry leading 3D BIM (Building Information Modelling) CAD software, including Revit, which allows a project to be designed and documented in a 3D platform from the outset.
