For over 50 years the L.H. Dottie Company has provided quality products & unrivaled customer service to Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Security & Low Voltage professionals.
The L.H. Dottie Company was founded in 1965 by Sam Kobert & Joel Satnick and continues to be family owned and operated.
In the early years the company was located in Downtown Los Angeles and supplied a variety of fastening products to electrical wholesalers in the Greater Los Angeles area. After several years in business Sam and Joel began to notice a trend with their distributors purchasing activity, they were seeking to consolidate their purchases. Both immediately saw an opportunity to better service the customer by supplying a broader range of products. Fastening devices, anchors, electrical fittings, petroleum products (tapes, mastic & cutting oil), and tools & specialty items became a part of the Dottie Product offering. As a result, business began to flourish. Today, Dottie continues to provide distributors with an extensive range of products and services multiple regions across North America.
Dottie operates in a state of the art distribution center and corporate office in Los Angeles. Two satellite warehouses in Oklahoma City and Philadelphia service the Mid-West and Eastern Regions.
