L. Norwood & Associates is a concierge consulting firm specializing in advisement, strategy, digital marketing, communications, and capacity building for nonprofits and social and political issue campaigns. We are not your typical big-box consultants. Our team is led by passionate and expert activists and organizers who use their talents to support Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+, and vulnerable communities. We are a lean and powerful team of high-performing professionals deeply invested in developing strategies and targeted content that helps build people power, advances equity and justice to positively impacts systemic change.

We are movement builders with Southern California roots but serve clients nationwide. We were founded in 2019 by Social Entrepreneur, Marketer, Strategist, and National Organizer Lanae Norwood.
