The Latino Economic Development Center, or LEDC, is a 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to transform our community by creating economic opportunities for Latinos. We do this by helping our clients and members throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota get jobs, expand their skills, and launch and grow their own small businesses. Our services include training, certification, business development, technical assistance, and lending.
