About Lemos & Irmão, SA

LEMOS & IRMÃO S.A. was founded on 15 January 1947 in Esmoriz, where it began operations for an indefinite period.
It began its activity in the following areas

Manufacturing machines for local cooperage manufacturers (later eliminated);
Car commercialisation and repair

At this time, the founding partner, Mr Lino da Costa Lemos, was thinking of expanding to other areas of the country. At the time, the company already had the SHELL concession, which encouraged it to move to Viseu.

Thus, in 1956, the company moved to Viseu, where it continues to operate to this day.

With 3 points of sale in the city, it is the official distributor and repairer of the Saab, Opel, Chevrolet, Suzuki and Isuzu brands and has 2 Repsol petrol stations.
