Lendology is a B Corp, social enterprise SME lender based in Taunton, Somerset. Working on behalf of their local council partners, Lendology offer a loan service to applicable homeowners to help them make their homes safer, warmer and more secure. Lendology disrupts traditional lending with decisions powered by partnerships and people, enriching homes and lives through affordable finance.

Since 2005, Lendology CIC has lent over £25million of local council capital to improve private sector housing. Lending decisions are made with people, for people and put impact before profits.

Loans can be targeted at a broad range of solutions, such as retrofit and energy efficiency measures, general home repairs and maintenance, landlords and empty property owners and disability adaptation loans.
