For 3 centuries, Lépine has been manufacturing surgical tools and instruments. Today, it is one of the main actors in orthopaedic implants research, manufacturing and distribution.

Our development has been centered around 2 approaches :
- Attentiveness towards surgeons which allows us to improve new articular implants
- Investment in other orthopaedic fields such as the osteosynthesis, upper limbs, rachis and ligamentoplasty
