We craft a seasonal set tasting menu inspired by the freshest ingredients from trusted local suppliers. By focusing on locally grown produce and regional specialties, we celebrate our community while reducing food miles.
To complement the dining experience, we offer a meticulously curated selection of exceptional wines and spirits , showcasing both renowned vineyards and rare vintages. Guests can elevate their meals with expertly paired drink flights, for lunch and dinner. Both the menus and drink pairings will change with the seasons, ensuring a dynamic and ever-evolving experience.
