Libeen’s mission is simple – we make homeownership smart and affordable for everyone thanks to our user-friendly process called the #Smarthousing.
Nowadays young people can't afford buying their dream home as we don't have the capacity to save money. Mainly because we are paying extremely expensive rents that don’t allow us to save any money to access a mortgage… Perhaps it sounds familiar? This leaves us in the forever vicious circle of traditional rent wasting money every month. So, as we cannot afford the regular down payment, the bank cannot give us a mortgage loan. We are here to solve this huge structural problem for our generation and the next ones to come. In the USA they have proven the model to be successful. In Spain we are the only company currently being able to solve this issue, we have proven the model to work and now we are ready to take off 🚀.
