Lisa May has over 27 years’ experience in the Specialist and Technical Digital, Design and Engineering programme/project support within the Automotive, Aerospace, Commercial and Marine sectors, successfully delivering to our Clients the right Service, People and strategies, Our success stems over 25 years for the delivery of Specialist International Head Hunting for VP. Director and Senior appointments, Programme Support, Full Resource Team allocation to Start up Organisation, Successful Supplier to end to end solutions within Design and Engineering.
Lisa May Ltd has also been responsible for the development and implementation of new business strategies and organisation structure relating to studio concepts, design & engineering and key strategic initiatives, such as company full start up’s, design/engineering academy to support all our Clients requirements for training and development of specialist studio & design resources and the very needed skills and abilities within Technical Engineering.
As a specialist technical resource consultant, my aim is to deliver new and exciting Business Development opportunities to the industry, along with transparent costing to make Hugh savings to the clients spend/budget forcast, Design,Technical Engineering and executive Head Hunting within the Automotive/Aerospace sector, to work closely with Directors and Senior management to maintain, deliver and present, forecasted and future recourse assistance for Perm, Contract, Fixed Price Delivery support for short or long term commitments.
