Lubritech custom designs formulates and manufactures various application-formulated chemical cleaning products for problem applications.
We have been manufacturing and supplying products since 2014 to the Mining Industry. We pride ourselves on our consistency, attention to detail and quality.
We ensure that our research and development keeps us updated on the latest international developments regarding new formulations, raw materials, and manufacturing methods. It is also essential to include local research and development; South African conditions are unique, and the finished product needs to have been custom-formulated, tried and tested under local conditions. The combination of international and local inputs allows us to assure our customers that when using our products, they are using the best products available in South Africa.

Our degreasers are custom manufactured, allowing for the customerβs specific requirements, environment, water type, what is being cleaned and where the water and degreaser ends up.
Our degreasers are laboratory-certified and are tested for the three critical areas that a degreaser needs to satisfy.
The correctly formulated degreaser for the application results in lower volumes being used, better cleaning and as a result, lower cost, improved safety and no environmental concerns as the product is readily biodegradable, and in the case of the Plant Flotation Process, stable to increased mineral recovery.
Our Hydrocarbon-converting products neutralize oil and grease pollution and stains by permanently converting them to a non-hazardous substance which disperses naturally. This product is also highly effective for remediating soil contaminated by hydrocarbons.
