M-TD is a Swiss company, founded in 2006 by experts of extrusion industry and Research & Development.
The focus was to integrate innovation and improvement into business and process constraints.
M-TD has developed fast and user friendly softwares that can be integrated into industrial processes to help extruders and dies makers to improve their industrial performance.
MTD offers solutions and acts as “The problem solver” for the customer in the following fields:
Extrusion: extrusion management, process improvement, quality control, production flow and cost savings,

Our Softwares:
3DSimulator (3DS) is a fast three-dimensional simulation software of the extrusion process that can be integrated into die design or extrusion process to optimize dies design or improve extrusion performances.
Heat & Cooling Optimizer (HCO) enables the user to perform optimization of the cooling process of profiles using fast simulations of the temperature field variations with time. It helps extruders to improve cooling process and reduce setting costs
