M&A REVIEW provides monthly specialist articles on company takeovers and mergers in German-speaking countries and internationally. It provides an overview of current M&A trends, completed transactions and the stakeholders involved, such as buyers, sellers, advisors and intermediaries. The magazine was launched in 1990 by Prof Dr Günter Müller-Stewens and was supervised by the Institute of Business Administration (IfB) at the University of St. Gallen from 1992 to 2016.
