The Statutory Bodies Association of Malaysia (PBBM)

The Statutory Bodies Association of Malaysia (PBBM) was established under Section 7 of the Societies Act 1966 on 14 April 1984. It serves as the official platform that unites statutory bodies across the country, with the objective of strengthening strategic collaboration, championing common interests, and driving the development and excellence of Malaysia’s statutory body sector.

PBBM also oversees two subsidiaries — Yayasan Amanah Latihan Berkanun (YALB), established under the By-Laws of PBBM, and PBBM Global Corporation Berhad (PGC) — both of which support PBBM’s mission to elevate governance, capacity building, and innovation within the statutory body ecosystem.
