About MARVEN Consulting
MARVEN Consulting is a management consulting and fundraising firm that works across the nonprofit sector.
We offer customized consulting services for nonprofit organizations that are guided by our clients’ missions, informed by market realities, and grounded in data and financial best practices. We also work with corporate funders and international donors to create philanthropic strategies that support their vision for meaningful impact. Our work in both of these contexts helps us to foster transparent conversations, call essential questions, and clear the way for forward momentum in the sector.
MARVEN Consulting supports organisations to achieve their social change goals. We are a smart independent consultancy, established in 2018.
SERVICES: specialises in management and funding for civil society and non for profit organisations. Our offer includes training, coaching, support in funding strategies as well as support in project design, proposal development, and bid writing.
PROJECTS: Recent consultancy assignments have included design of new funding models (crowdfunding), bid writing support, and coaching and mentoring.
CLIENTS: Our clients are non-governmental/civil society organisations, public bodies and enterprises. These range from large international NGOs to smaller and medium sized organisations working on specialist themes. We also work with individuals, networks and other types of organisations mainly based in Italy and Europe, but with programming in Italy, Africa and Latin America. We work also with enterprises looking for trainings and upgrading.
