About Maryland Port Administration
The Maryland Department of Transportation's Port Administration 's mission is to stimulate the flow of waterborne commerce through the ports in the State of Maryland in a manner that provides economic benefit to the citizens of the state. The MPA's headquarters are at the World Trade Center building, 401 E. Pratt St. Baltimore.
