Academy of Hospitality & Tourism- Miami Dade County Public Schools

The Academy of Hospitality and Tourism (AOHT) in Miami-Dade County Public Schools is one of several model programs established by the National Academy Foundation (NAF). NAF supplies professional development opportunities for individual classes and for structural components of the academy (such as advisory boards, etc.), certain course curricula, and networking opportunities with other AOHTs throughout the nation. This academy functions by combining career-oriented courses in the classroom with career-building experiences in local businesses and in the community.
