About MEDesign
Medesign Ltd are a team of product design specialists supporting the Medical Technology Sector. We are located in Galway, Ireland a renowned centre of excellence and one of the leading medical device hubs in Europe.
We support companies of varying sizes across the globe including start-ups, CDMOs and OEM multinationals. We provide a full range of medical device design, prototyping and manufacturing solutions for machined metal and injection moulded components.
We deliver high precision product design solutions for our clients from concept development, design for manufacturing through to commercial manufacturing. Our product design experience expands across many applications, including vascular intervention devices, structural heart, endoscopic and laparoscopic systems. We use Creo and Solidworks for 3D CAD Design.
Our Formlabs 3B+ 3D Printers enable us to provide our customers with high resolution 3D prints including biocompatible materials, soft materials, and a range of other materials. This compliments our existing Stratasys FDM printer which caters for larger components.
We work with you as an extension of your in house R&D and product design teams, bringing additional technical expertise and skillsets to you to accelerate the product development lifecycle.
