Mettagroup

Mettagroup was founded in Los Angeles in 2003 by George Haas to teach mindful meditation as a way to help students live a meaningful life by developing better relationships in life and in work. Mettagroup offers weekly drop-in classes, extended retreats, private instruction and multi-month intensive courses in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas.
