Mettle Health helps people – patients and caregivers — reframe the way they think about their well-being as relates to chronic or serious illness so they can make sound decisions for themselves no matter what they’re facing.  We provide “praxistential” consultations, meaning we cover issues ranging from the practical to the emotional to the existential, and the fraught work of navigating the healthcare system itself.
