M.I.I. Professional Speaking is a strategic speaker booking partner for organizations that want more than a transactional speakers bureau.
We partner with event planners, internal communications teams, HR, L&D, ERGs, and leadership teams to curate 3–5 vetted, best-fit speakers aligned to the audience, objectives, and desired outcomes of each event - without endless lists, inventory pushing, or added complexity.
Unlike traditional bureaus, we don’t operate as a roster or database.
We act as a trusted extension of your team, going deep on event intent, culture, and goals to ensure every speaker recommendation is intentional, relevant, and defensible to stakeholders.
From discovery through execution, M.I.I. manages the full speaker booking process, including:
- strategic speaker curation and recommendations
- contracting and fee transparency
- speaker briefings and prep
- technical checks and day-of logistics
- contingency planning and backup support
Our clients work with us when speaker selection is mission-critical and time is limited - leadership summits, sales kickoffs, flagship conferences, DEI initiatives, and culture-driving programs.
