MINTRAC, the National Meat Industry Training Advisory Council, has been supporting Australia’s meat industry through training and education for over three decades. Internationally recognised for its expertise, MINTRAC works with industry to develop practical training and professional development solutions that respond to real business and workforce needs.
Since its establishment in 1992, MINTRAC has focused on delivering high-value education and training that helps the industry adapt to change, from evolving workforce demands to global market and sustainability challenges.
MINTRAC also provides consulting services across education, training, research, extension and adoption, supporting stakeholders right across the supply chain - from paddock to plate, meat processing and export trade, to producer, livestock handling and national distribution activities - spanning beef, pork, poultry, seafood and aquaculture sectors.
