Mulcahy McDonagh and Partners (MMP) is firmly established as one of the most significant Quantity Surveying practices in Ireland, with offices in Dublin and Sligo. We are an Irish firm of over 70 years standing in the Construction Industry

MMP have been involved in Construction & Commercial Fit Outs for Clients on many projects. Our extensive experience and cost data base on many significant fit out projects in Ireland over the past 10 – 15 years gives us an expertise in advising on construction fit outs costs.
MMP’s Quantity Surveying team provides a comprehensive service to clients in the complex areas of construction contract procurement, property development and cost consultancy. Today the changes in forms of contract new technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and procurement in construction are topics with which MMP personnel are not only keeping in touch with but often times are to the forefront in adapting and changing to incorporate these new topics into the core service for the benefit of clients.
MMP are proud to be recognised as an INDICATE Champion by the Irish Green Building Council (IGBC) – delivering quality Whole Life Carbon (WLC) & Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data for sustainable building projects.
Managing the dispute process, preparing to go to conciliation/arbitration requires expertise in construction and building dispute resolution . In conciliation, arbitration and litigation there is a requirement for the use of expert witnesses. Dispute Management is now core business within MMP skill base. MMP have skilled personnel for this role.
