ModelMole is an innovative AI company positioned as a European knowledge hub for physiochemically informed AI, with a primary focus on peptide and protein discovery and optimisation. ModelMole has developed a Self-Driven Reinforced Learning AI platform that is based on bottom-up learning rather than conventional big data AI systems which rely on decades of data (AlphaFold, ChatGPT, DALL-E etc). ModelMoles’ AI platform autonomously learns by performing biochemical simulations and is therefore able to identify solutions outside (and within) existing scientific knowledge.
