Modern Networks helps commercial property owners and managing agents turn buildings into high-performing, tenant-ready assets. Founded in 1999, we deliver connectivity, secure networks, telephony and responsive support to over 2,000 UK properties, including 160 shopping centres, 60 retail parks, 47 science and innovation parks and 600+ tenant organisations within those parks.
We are pleased to offer our services as your building's Service Guardian, an independent service integrator for both IT and operational technology. We do not directly own or manage every system; instead, we coordinate with vendors, monitor network activity, and ensure that any issues are directed to the appropriate third party. Each provider, such as those for CCTV or access control, remains responsible for their respective systems.
