Mom & Me Foundation (MMF) is a CAC-registered public health NGO based in Nigeria 🇳🇬.
MMF is committed to improving maternal and child health outcomes by addressing the root causes of high maternal and child morbidity and mortality rates in Nigeria.
The foundation aims to use evidence-based public health interventions to create sustainable and impactful solutions for vulnerable women and children, particularly in underserved communities.
Our Focus
MMF’s initiatives are closely aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically:
- SDG 3: Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all, with a focus on reducing preventable deaths.
-SD4 : Promoting Education as a tool to reduce high mortality rates
