About Mom's Hierarchy of Needs, LLC
We have heard from nearly 4,000 parents about work, life, and wellness needs in our research study since March of 2020 and how their relationship to work continues to change.
Wellbeing and fulfillment doesn’t happen in isolation. So, we combine highly effective, wellness programs tailored for moms with manager training and employee resource group programs, that embed parent and caregiver relief into organizations.
Capabilities include:
- Wellness Challenges, Career Accelerators and Memberships for Moms and women with caregiving responsibilities.
- Manager training and small group workshops on critical leadership skills such as: Planning Seamless Parental Leaves, Creating Psychological Safety, Flexibility and Support for Employees for Successful Strategy Pivots.
- Live Employee and Employee Resource Group (ERG) sessions on managing performance, wellness, parenting, caregiving and career growth.
- Employee Resource Group research and annual planning support.
- 3, 6 or 12 month memberships for Mothers including monthly drop-in live peer support, access to our premium wellness app and a library of time-saving work/life systems guides.
