In the heart of Zurich the Manufaktur Gassmann GmbH produces smoothies, cold-pressed juices and concentrated shots out of the ripest fruits and freshest vegetables under the brand name MONO. Whenever possible we use regional products that fill our bottles directly after the harvest and arrive at your place as fast as our couriers can ride bikes.
