Role Description

We need someone to turn that thinking into content that stops the scroll — short-form video, carousels, threads, and written posts that build our audience across Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter/X. You'll own the social calendar, produce the content, and manage both channels day-to-day. This is a creative role with real commercial context — everything you make is rooted in the same measurement-first thinking we apply to client work.

What you'll do

Plan and manage the Mowsix content calendar across Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter/X
Produce short-form video content (Reels, clips) and written posts (threads, captions, carousels)
Grow and engage the Mowsix audience on the social media platforms
Translate complex marketing topics into content non-experts actually want to read
Monitor performance metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth — and report monthly
Collaborate with the strategy team to amplify client work and thought leadership

Qualifications

Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Content Creation expertise
Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging social media channels
Ability to analyze metrics and derive insights for campaign optimization
Strong creativity, writing, and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and audience engagement tactics
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of advertising and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment
