M.R. Development is a real estate development firm with a diverse skill set and a long history of master planning single family home communities and developing multi-family, commercial and retail projects in the DFW area. A family owned and operated company, M.R. Development was founded by Robert McCaslin Sr. who now shares the responsibilities of running the day-to-day operations with his son Bob McCaslin Jr. and daughter Kim McCaslin. Bobby McCaslin Sr. started the company with the goal of developing quality, carefully planned properties in proven familiar markets so Texas families will have a place they are proud to call home. His vision was to establish communities and to build strong relationships and partnerships with investors and builders to bring that vision to fruition.
