About M.S. in Biotechnology Program, UW-Madison

The M.S. in Biotechnology Program is an interdisciplinary two-year degree designed for working professionals. Its integrated curriculum fuses science, business, legal and regulatory policy and how they impact the assessment of new technology discoveries and the development of commercial biotechnology products and services.

Through project-based assignments and contemporary case studies emphasizing written and oral communication, students gain the applied knowledge and cross-functional skills sought by companies in the biotechnology industry.
